Newbie here! Need help... first question... need a site

Sure. Its easy to get a tow from one place to another. Dealers, rentals,insurance companies. do it every day.
Its not cheap, but it is less than you owning a tow vehicle yourself when you do not plan on moving much.
Do you have a park ( s) in mind that will lease to you for those seasons?
