I actually like the NJ Law, especially in the middle of winter when the bitter cold wind if howling and the temps are below freezing.
Summer time is not too bad sitting in an air-condition car while some one pumps the gas.........
I pay by cash, so "pump-your-own" states, I have to walk to the teller, walk back and stand outside pumping my own gas.
I like the NJ law - so it takes maybe 1 minute longer, chill out relax and enjoy,
and it gives me time to chat with the attendant.
