Nj to San fran

I'm thinking of taking i80 to Chicago then switching to 90 to hit my Rushmore. Drive down pacific coast highway to i10 then hot 95 north home. Also want to hit Grand Canyon and yellow stone along the way. Any input would be apreiciated like roads to stay away from. I have a skinny Winnie only need 11 ft for clearance. Good stops and Rv parks would also help thanks.
