This is run by the Port of Newport. This is one of our favorite areas to visit, although we usually stay at South Beach State Park. Here is the link to the Port of Newport RV page.

There is also a nice family owned campground in Cannon Beach called Wright's for Camping. It fills fast, but the sites are small and they don't book online, so there may be something there. Super nice people BTW. Wright's for Camping, Cannon Beach
