All the guy wants is a nice weekend at the beach not buy the whole coast. Also if you want to go as far as Newport there is a big park on the south side of the bay near the Hatfield marine science center.
The guy asked if anyone had any ideas and since he lives in Wa State and TT has the best parks in Or and Wa it was something to consider
