Overnight around Buffalo?
Any ideas on a safe place to stay for the night? Was planning on cracker barrel on Transit rd, but they don't have overnight parking.

- We stayed at Camping World in Hamburg. Water and electric sites for free! Very tight though. No room for slides to come out if you have a neighbor.

- If you wanted to stop at Niagara Falls instead, there is lots of safe parking at the Seneca Niagara Casino. We have parked overnight there many times with no problems at all. We come from the Rainbow Bridge and find it easiest to turn right onto John Daly Blvd off Niagara St, then a right onto Falls St (more like a driveway) then a left into the gravel parking lot. There is also easy access off I-190.
~Diane - There is a rest area just before the toll booth on the Thruway that you can pull in to.
Also the Pembroke exit 48A of the thruway has both a FlyingJ and TA truckstop with parking. About 20 miles from the Buffalo toll barrier

- Our poor Holly dug under the fence and got hit by a car last week. She is doggy heaven.
- PS too big for my driveway, or you could stay at my home, and visit my Beagle!
- There is a camping world at the Camp road ( rt 75) at Hamburg ny also!
- How about the Cabela's store off the NY through way ...exit 53...I think.
