Ponga fishing in Rocky Point
Has anyone rented a ponga or pongalero to take you out fishing from Rocky Point? Does anyone have any idea how much it should cost for a half day trip, or even a couple of hours? Any tips on who?

I do not know if you need a fishing permit or the panguero or lanchero has the permit, I do not think that they will let you play with the panga, it is probably a big investment for the owner, rent the panga with the pangero and enjoy the pagaride.
