Ponga fishing in Rocky Point
Has anyone rented a ponga or pongalero to take you out fishing from Rocky Point? Does anyone have any idea how much it should cost for a half day trip, or even a couple of hours? Any tips on who?

Know about needing a license; we've fished Mexican waters for years and used to live in Ensenada with boats. We will probably just fish off shore; easier and cheaper. And I don't think I would trust the panguero if he said "you don't need a license to fish with me." That's not a slam, just probably the truth. They aim to please.
