The refund for GST thing got stopped more than 6 years ago, i.e. that's when I moved from Newfoundland and I know it was stopped before that.

A Motorhome or TT is considered a 'residence' ergo delivery of a product to a foriegn 'residence' still qualifies as a 'foreign sale'.
No different that an Ontario company selling to an American in any other form.
