Questions for those that live there or have been there:
1) Which is the best fishing port for halibut, Homer or Seward?
2) Where should one purchase a Canada Parks Pass?
3) Does anyone know how much the park passes are for 2016?
4) I have read banks are the best place to exchange money, Are the border towns equipped for these transactions?
Now a question for anyone:
Do we have any particular design or particular info that should be put on our Roll Call Signs?
Ms Lizzie: I do not desire to "bump into each other" along the way to or front Alaska. My RV is at CW-Akron now being repaired from the last "bump" I incurred.

For Halibut I pick Homer. Charters out Ninilchik, Anchor Point and
Homer will all catch fish.
We drove round trip thru Canada last summer with only $50 in Canadian. Got it from a camp ground in Watson Lake just to wash the motor home. Still have about $10 of it left. We used Visa travel card on everything. If you need to have Canadian the border town Banks such as Lethbridge does exchange.
I would recommend buying the Alaska Tour Saver for cruises, flight seeing, etc. Cost $99 generally get that back on the first use. Can purchase on line or at Carrs/Safeway in Alaska. Most coupons are buy one get one free.
