Roll call Alaska 2017
I will try to get to Alaska next year, dreamed about it for years. Anyone else planing a trip for next year?

Not sure if this belongs in the Roll Call thread, but here I go.
Planning the AK trip for 2017. Haven't begun obsessively planning (yet) but as thoughts occur, I'll ask. We will travel in a motorhome.
Do you bring mosquito net clothing? This would be hats with netting or something like this. www.bugbaffler.com
Directv signal seems to get lost about Calgary, AB as I understand it. We have a Winegard Traveler on MH and a Slimline 3 portable dish. Would either one readily acquire a signal in Alaska? I'm thinking of times when we might be in one place for a couple of days.
