st louis, I-64 or I-70
i will be going thru st louis this sunday, i know the by pass is better but we are stopping in east st louis. so my question is, is there construction on either one and which will be the best? thanks ...

This probably won't affect you directly, but Eastbound I64 is closed in STL this weekend. Here is a link explaining:

Also, there is Rams game this Sunday, and a large festival going on in Forest Park, called "Loufest". :R Both of these events are going to generate extra traffic.
Personally, I would still take 255 South and around, especially if you are towing.
