Telcel Banda Ancha mb remaining?

With my Telcel internet stick how do I find out how many MB I have remaining. My stats page only shows how much I have used and I control when to refresh that information. Supposedly one month after I paid for 1 Gig I should be out of MB but with the renewal gifts I don't have a clue.
  • You can check Your Account balance by clicking on the bottom right square. This opens a window that has several options. Find the one that reads recarga. Click it. Another screen opens with several more options . At the bottom right is a box that reads Mi Telcel!
Click it which opens up yet another screen.
There You enter Your Sticks Telcel Number followed by The Password! Click enter . Aqui!

The final Window will download . It displays the Amount of Credit as well as Your Usage!
  • Depends on what stick you have. We have a ZTE and it is as stated above. But others we have met have Huawei and they are different.

In any case - the gifts (regalos) do not apply to a banda ancha - only to a phone - at least that is what Telcel has explained to us.

But anyway - you have to go to the Telcel website and create an account using the phone number of the stick. You can then log in and go to your account and you should be able to find out.

Go to - http://www.telcel.com/portal/home.do . . . and you should be able to create an account using the Mi Telcel tab. They will send a message to your SIM telling you your password. You can then access your account. Left column under SALDO AMIGO you will be able to see how much you have used.
  • Take a look at your messages from Telcel on the stick software. Pc's & Macs are different and ZTE & Huawei are different but all have the capability of reading text messages from Telcel. If either you have used all MB or all your time that you signed up for, you will get a message that it is time to order more. But to discover how much money is in your account, you need to setup a mitelcel account as Brian describes.
  • Thanks for the information. I registered at the telecel web page and got the information I was looking for.
