Texas Barbecue in San Antonio
Does anyone have a suggestion on a great restaurant in San Antonio for a good ole Texas Barbecue?

For picking a BBQ, we have a rule of thumb that seems to work almost everywhere. There should be roughly an equal mix of pickup trucks and "nice" cars. If there are no pickups then the place is likely to be upscale, and no upscale restaurant has really good barbecue. If there are no Lincolns or Cadillacs then the place is likely to be too seedy. The "Goldilocks rule" applys.
