We're looking to visit in July as well, and have started to look at websites. I like the looks of Five Islands Provincial Park, and am also looking at the Acadian coast down near Digby.
I didn't really consider the Cabot Trail, but now in reading these posts, I'm going to look into it. I'd just have to find a good base camp.
