Big trucks do not use the I-5 corridor they use the Lynden crossing. that's 543 off I-5.

Sumas has a truck lane that you can use pretty easy. it's a bit out of the way, but much less wait times.
Or
The easiest way. off I-5 at the Guide Meridian Way and north to the border on 539.
all are easy access to the Canadian #1
