Trough Road between Kremmling and State Bridge CO

We rarely venture off paved roads. However, giving some thought about taking one of the CO "scenic by-ways" called Trough Road (County Road 1) between Kremmling and State Bridge in Colorado. Supposed...

Just sampled some of Trough Rd this morning (going west). Just too many washboard sections. Couldn't go more than 5 mph in some spots without shaking our truck camper apart. We decided to turnaround at the 6 mi. point and head back to Hwy 9. Oh well . . .
