Last summer we traveled us 89 from Choteau to the Canadian border in our 38 ft MH and toad. Parts of it were not to bad but like said there are alot of sections that have no shoulder and parts that are winding and a fairly good uphill pull. The worst part was they day we passed through there the was some kind of bicycle rally going through the opposite way and we had a couple near misses with cars trying to get around these guys riding 2 and 3 abreast. I can say we have been on a worse road but we have been there and done that and won't do it again.
