Heading north out of LaVerkin toward Toquerville has a drop then climb. There is a curve that keeps you from getting a run at it, but it is a short climb.
Leaving Toquerville has a sharper 'S' that once again keeps you from building any momentum. Then you have about a mile of uphill toward the interstate. If you are heavy and underpowered it will just take you a little longer.
As for your length, you will not have any problem. The road is good quality.
