Valley Forge to Gettysburg
Is there anything between these two historic sites that we should stop and explore next week? We like historic things.

- The obvious suggestion would be a trip across route 30 through Lancaster. Amish Country has a lot to see, enjoy, and there is some US/PA history there. If you have time, stop and see a show at Sight & Sound Theater...They put on awesome shows.
If you like shopping, flea markets in particular, there is a large one on Rt 30 just west of York, that is open year round as it encompasses several large buildings. Lots of shops along that section of 30.
Of course, 30 itself is a historical hwy.
Valley Forge---Gettysburg....do I sense a civil war era interest :h Several battle sites along that route.
