LOL. For decades the trucking companies have reported how many miles they have run in each state, and how many gallons of fuel they paid tax on in that state. If not enough, send a check. Some time back there was some discussion making citizens report on miles driven in each vehicle, so the vehicles that use alternative fuels could be charged the road taxes.
