Walmart Mitchell, SD

We are planning a trip to the Black Hills in late September and are wondering if anyone has spent a night at the Walmart in Mitchell, SD or other Walmart's in that area? We are planning to leave MN late in the afternoon and just want a place to rest for a few hours along Interstate 90.

The Cabela's in Sidney, NE. has a real RV CG on site. Elec, Water, Dump station, cable, and private lockable shower rooms for $30/night. Don't know if they do it all the time, but when I was there, they cleaned the shower rooms(sinks and floors) after each use. Don't know if they have beer for your horses, but they do have a corral. 🙂

The Cabela's is right across the street and just west of Walmart. It get used a lot during pheasant season by RVs.
