West coast road conditions

I am Wagon Master for a commercial caravan down the west coast mainland to Mazatlan, across to Durango and down the interior then looping up the west coast from Oct 20 to Dec 12th. After all the hurricanes, I am concerned about road conditions. I know Odile hit Baja, but it must have caused heavy rain in the mainland coast. Landslides closed the new Mazatlan-Durango road last fall for quite awhile. I am looking for reports on that toll highway & Hwy 15D from Nogales to San Blas & 200 to Manzanillo

    Never heard of that site. i am currently emailing people I do have contact with in some locations. Mind you they can do a lot of repairing in a month as long as another big one does not hit. Now I hear the Yaqui are blockading hwy 15D at Vicam again 60 km north of Cuidad Obregon. No way to get around that one short of a huge detour up highway 16 and back along 117, a 7 hour detour.
