Adding to the above good advice - take off your hat. We generally review the regulations, consume what's on the list and then just provide direct answers. Several times the refer has been checked.

Leave all food in it's original containers or with any labels attached as banned items may only be from some countries.

Use a credit card that does not have transaction fees. We also use a gas CC that has 5% cash back.
