n the US it's issued by Citi/Visa, usable everywhere - well apparently not Costco in Canada.


Used to be only Costco Amex card both sides of the border, but when Costco & Amex fell apart Costo CA went Capital One Platinum Mastercard and US went Citi Visa. Apparently online purchases can be made with both Visa & Mastercard.....go figure!
