Yellowstone Snow Plowing

Beartooth Pass, just outside the northeast entrance, virtually never opens before July (sometimes not until mid-July); East Entrance Rd. often opens sometime in June, and usually has construction (some heavy-duty landslide zones along that road), and Dunraven Pass (between Canyon & Tower) is late to open as well. The others are virtually always open by sometime in May, in time for the main tourist season to start.

Some years its so heavy that some roads aren't open until July.

We are headed there in three months, should give them plenty of time to get rid of all that while stuff!
