AEP Campsites in Ohio

Has anyone ever camped in Ohio's AEP campsites? I know they are for dry camping, but which one of the following would be easiest for camping with a 28 foot travel trailer? They are all near each other: Hook Lake, Keffler Camp, Sand Hollow, Maple Grove R.V. Crew or Site L-Utility.
Any experiences with those places? Thanks in advance.
  • It's been awhile, but areas H and G were trailer-friendly....also parts of A (if you can still camp along the hill at the kids' pond.
  • these area,s were here way back in the early 1970,s , I,ve been there back then bet its realy changed. back then it was called OHIO POWER LAND . and was free.
  • For those of you that don't have a clue what an AEP Campsite is, including this native Ohioan, Here's a link.
