BTW, a GULAG (actually the acronym for the state agency charged with creating and overseeing them) was a forced labour camp set up as a form of political isolation. They were isolated but often enormous encampments, and when not working the residents were free to intermingle. Over the years between WWI and the 1960’s it’s estimated that over 18 million people lived in a GULAG.
An RV park is purely voluntary and rarely requires forced labour.
