- Yes, that is the one and it is really all that nice. I am always shocked when we find a real nice PPA as they are so rare - usually so run down that the only way they can get any business at all is through the PPA book. We've belonged for years and usually use it for a one night sleep over. When we do find a nice one we'll stay for the allowed days.
