Any Motorhome CG near Boston not requiring mortgage

I have been looking for a week's stay near Boston on the MTA line where we would be safe and affordable. $40/50 per night.

I do not need swimming pools or toys just clean and safe.

    We have stayed here https://minutemancampground.com/ and it was clean, reasonable and not that far from the transit line.

    X-2, Hanscomb has worked well for us on a couple occasions.

    Wompatuck State Park in Hingham is close to the commuter boat into Boston. Electricity and water at some sites.
