Nope!

We rented it out the first year we owned it, (the park did it for Us), and some ding bat who owned a landscaping business rented it. Our water bill for one month was $300. Then one of our maintenance men noticed the guy had a truck with a big water tank on the back, so they evicted him.
Never again will I rent it out.

We also notice while we are there, that the renters at various spots do not take care of them like the owners do
