Anyone been recently to North Ga Camping Resort?

Used to be Tallulah Riverwalk then Tallulah River Mountain Resort before that. Read some recent posts online that the resort has a big foreclosure sign out front. Have read of lots of members who got tired of paying for mismanagement over the years.
