They'll never be able to tell you "exactly" as it depends on variable factors (line of sight / properly aiming, dish size, etc) - they wouldn't even be able to you that right now for the current satellites. If you live in Toronto, they'll tell you you can get the signal but if you happen to live in Toronto next to a 25 story highrise in the line of sight of the satellite, you're not going to get any signal no matter what you do.
As I said in my previous message, they might not be able to tell you exactly where you will be and won't be able to get a signal in the northern US but they can tell you right now that you won't be able to get it in the Southern US or Mexico.
