Best RV parks near Washington, D.C. and New York City?
The DW and I are planning a trip to Washington, DC and NYC for next summer. I'm looking for the best parks located nearby. We'll be arriving mid-July. Thanks!

Can you elaborate a little more about this process. I would LOVE to go to NYC again... but the $80/night, longer walk with a toddler and infant to the PATH and dogs requiring multiple trips back to the camper per day have put a damper on my plans.
I am not familiar with the LI railroad, cost, where it meets the subway system, length of commute to get to Manhattan, etc.
Any chance you could provide a little more detail?
