Between Portland and The Dallas
Does anyone know of places to camp on the Oregon side off Hwy 3 or I 84 open in November? Boondock, dry camp, full service, doesn't matter.

Dallas, Oregon is slightly south of Salem, but mostly west of it.
FWIW I understood which city in Oregon the OP was referencing.- I see you have a Casita. Beacon Rock State Park on the Washington side will accommodate you and is pretty nice. It is up the hill and away from the noise and most of the wind.
I wonder if some realize there is a Dallas in Oregon. - The Washington side of the Columbia is so much nicer than the Interstate.

On the Washington side of the river (hwy 97) is dry camping along the river too. Turn toward the Maryhill State Park, and continue past all the orchards to the dam. I've never been there, but have spoken to folks that like the area.
Good luck, don't forget the winery, museum, stone henge, and the Goldendale observatory. Oh, and the fast food at Biggs!! profdant139 wrote:

Lord, I would never talk to anyone like that, and please in the future do not comment on my post.. I would never hurt your feelings. I rather expected that from 2oldman as he is always rude, but .....Never mind, I;ll just block you both and my life will be better.- There is a KOA at Cascade Locks.
