Biloxi MS

My husband is having an Army reunion in October. It is at the IP Casino in Biloxi MS. It says within waking distance is the Boomtown Casino RV park. The reviews on rv park are ok. Since I know nothing about this area would appreciate any input. We are not casino lovers so only reason to go is the reunion. We really do not like to sleep anywhere but in our own bed so really lean toward taking our trailer. Is this a safe area to be walking in?

    Not a bad area. RV park is only about 3 blocks from IP.
