Black Hills Family Reunion - Need RV space and Cabins
Planning a family reunion in late July for 12-15 people with diverse interests in accommodations. Looking for a centrally located venue with RV/Trailer spaces as well as cabins with amenities (kitchenette, fridge, microwave, etc). We're probably looking to stay in the general area around Hill City SD, unless there's some compelling recommendations to look elsewhere.
I've stayed at Rafter J in Hill City in the past, and know it's a good park from trailers and RVs. But I don't know about their cabins. From the website, it looks like they've got some good offerings, but I'm just not sure. Since I'm putting this together and making recommendations for in-laws, I need to get this right!
Anyone out there with knowledge specifically about Rafter J and their cabins? Or, any other recommendations for the same scenario? I've looked in to Custer State Park, and that might also be doable, but limited RV/Trailer amenities.
Trailer is a 26ft Keystone Outback. Some of the family may be renting a Class A motorhome, but don't know for sure.
