Watchman Campground in Zion has electricity and is pretty good. The campground inside Mesa Verde National Park has about 15 or so sites that have full hookups. We really liked it.

These would be my recommendations also. Bit of a pull up to Mesa Verde, but it's over 1000' higher in elevation and noticeably cooler at night. Reservations needed for both.

X2 on Mesa Verde, stayed there two nights ago. For Zion get (reserve), a site in the Watchman CG which is inside the park and just a short walk from the visitors center and the free trams. For $18 a night, $9 with a Geezer card, you get 30 amps and some of the sites are right on the Virgin River.
