The only amenity that is really appreciated onsite is 30amp power. We can get along just fine for 6 days without water or sewer onsite though both need to be available on the property somewhere.
Can tolerate carpark resort style CGs for only a few days. Not that we don't like other people, just don't like to be right next to the neighbours.
Don't need a pull through. Know how to reverse.
Don't need an absolutely level site. Know how to use boards to level up.
Don't need satelite accessibility. An over the air signal will do for a little news & weather but is not a necessity.
Don't need a shower or restroom. Our RV is equipped with both. Don't use CG facilities.
A table & fire ring are high on the want list.
