We run into people saying the rates are to high for the CG we manage. And yes they are a little higher then the CGs around the area. But this CG wasn't built for the everybody crowd. It was for people who want to relax.
As for me I'd rather spend the extra cash for a nice clean CG wit stuff to do on site. I'd rather be in a pool and not the local lake because it's way nasty...
