Campgrounds around Cleveland Clinic OH

Question

We are going to Cleveland Clinic OH, due to health issues, in Sept and need to find a good campground. I have not found anything very close to the downtown clinic.
If anyone has found a good place to camp (38' Motorhome) please let me know.

we went to a baseball game in Cleveland last year and stayed at the Streetsboro/Cleveland SE KOA. It's less than 15 minutes to the Cleveland Clinic. Not a bad campground and can accomodate big rigs.

I live in Cleveland, there's nothing really close to the city, but since you're heading to the east side I'd suggest Punderson State Park. Pretty big place and inside a half hour drive.

In 2006, we stayed in a campsite run by the clinic.  Very basic but VERY convenient. Check and see if it is still open.
