Campgrounds near Ft. Eustis/Langley in VA.

Hey all, looking for campground recommendations for a campground near Ft. Eustis/Langley in Virginia. This will be for the springtime to visit our son when he graduates AIT. Thanks for the help.
  • spent my training at ft Eustis way back in about 1965. might check with the fort they might have camping for guest.
  • Newport News Park is a city run campground only a couple miles from Ft Eustis.
Good facility, decent sites. Easy access from I 64 Denbigh Blvd, or Jefferson Av.

Also have some military facilities Ft Eustis and others.

  • If you're active or retired military, go to militarycampgrounds.com for four CGs in that area. If not, Newport News City Park, Williamsburg Resort, which is Thousand Trails, James City County Regional Park, two KOAs, Anvil, American Heritage, and Ed Allens.
