Campgrounds Near Sacramento On The River With Boat Launch

Planning a 2 week trip in Sacramento area and looking for a RV park on the Sacramento river with boat launch, I have seen some on the internet but they are always a hour away from Sacramento, prefer close to town if possible..

Or recommend one that is further out of town that is worth the drive..

    Check the Sacramento Fair Grounds for their RV park.

    Your options in Sac. are nill to none. Try Vieira's Resort which is right on the Sac. River. About a nice as your going to get.

    Wow thanks for the 2 RV parks listed above, they do look nice, also like the easy access to I-5 using hwy 12.

    My plan is 2 weeks camping/boating and then on June 4 in Sacramento riding the beer train and than start heading back to Vegas the next day if I don't get to drunk..
