- CampinghossExplorer IIWe went to the Ark and Creation Museum in October of 2016. We stayed in Georgetown about 30 mins south of the Ark. Whispering Hills CG was the name of the cg. It is a very nice and quiet cg in our opinion with easy access to the interstate. Big rig friendly with spacious sites.
- atomlinsonExplorerCincinnati South Campground is a former KOA in Crittenden, which is 2 or 3 exits north of the Ark. I haven't been there in quite a few years, and it has changed ownership a couple times, but it used to be a very nice campground. It's main drawback was that you had the interstate on one side of it, and railroad tracks on the other side. May be worth looking into though, due to it being close to the ark. There is another cg even closer, in the city of Dry Ridge, called I-75 Camper Village, I believe. Your closest State Park is probably Big Bone Lick State Park.
