- buckyExplorer IIAnd where might this be?
- TvovExplorer IIThat would be in Rhode Island, correct?
I've never camped there, but used to 4x4 there. The Burlingame State Park is near there, plenty close enough if you can't find a spot at the breachway. - GjacExplorer IIII have camped there a number of times. Wide open camping no fires no facilities,(no water or dump) but great claming and good striped bass fishing. later in the season is good blue fishing. Nice beach, clean cold water. If fishing, claming or beaches are not your thing Burlingame SP is not far away and is in the forest with a nice warm fresh water lake.
- PadlinExplorerIt's a sand parking lot right at the breachway. Personally I'd opt for either Fisherman's or Burlingame SP's. Fisherman is nicer, many sites have hookups, but harder to get into and farther away from Chalestown Breachway. Burlingame is very close, older smaller sites, I don't recall seeing any with any hookups.
