Camping Inside Indianapolis Motor Speedway

All-

If you didn't know already, IMS announced yesterday that they are going to allow RV parking INSIDE the speedway for US Grand Prix. This is the first time IMS has allowed rv camping inside the track. Price ranges from $125-300 for 3 nights and is dry camping.

I suspect they will offer this for the NASCAR race but it has not been announced as of yet.
  • We have camped inside the track at Brickyard Vintage Racing Invitational the last few years. Dry camping on grass in the infield.

Were you participating in the event? I don't ever recall camping being available inside the track.
  • Got this with the SVRA invitation to Indy

"RV Pad Rentals ($300 Elec, water, cable, sewer, no trailers) kim@svra.com or Kathy@svra.com
Overnight camping is permitted in paddock but there are no hookups"

    The event is June 14 - 18, 2017.
In the past we have done no hook-ups for free.
