Can't say for Florida but nothing like that for California. Happy lot owner for almost 10 years. Best thing we ever did. Saved tens of thousands of dollars going this route.

Good luck with the new lifestyle.

If you have the sellers name you can go to county website and look up taxes and assesments.

We keep liability only insurance on our lot, but that is our choice. With a full-timing RV policy, the lot is covered under the RV insurance while the RV is sitting on it, but if we leave for a trip, then the lot is not covered if someone hurts themselves on your site while you are away. Our POA (property owners association) fees cover lawn maintenance, well water, city water, sewer.
Electric/cable/phone are our costs. In 12 years of owning, we have had 2 special assestments, might want to ask how many of those have been charged in the past. Pressure washing building, site and keeping any flower beds up are our costs to maintain.

Isn't that all disclosed before you close the sale? Make it contingent on an estimate of such things. So-if something is a surprise you get your deposit back.
