Chinook Bend RV Resort

Question

I'm hoping to find someone currently staying at this park in Lincoln City, Oregon or someone who has stayed there recently or finally, someone who lives in the area and can tell me as much as you can about the park.  I've already done a search and looked at RV Park Reviews.  If someone would like to PM me please do so. Thanks

Are you sure its not chinook winds? Never stayed there but the casino is exposed to the ocean so probably going to be very windy most of the year.  As an alternative look at the koa in lincoln city

I'm positive about the campground name.  I've visited their website.  Thanks for your response.  I'm looking for specific information from someone in the area or who has camped there.  The campground is on the Siletz River.  2920 Siletz Highway.

We stayed there for a few days in 2011.  IMO, it caters mostly to fishermen.  At least was at the time of our visit. Sort of remote, way up the river. Our reason for being there is we got kicked out out the Casino RV parking because of a up coming car show.

Chinook Bend cg is basically a fisherman cg. But an alright place for a night or two. Not much there except the river.  We have stayed there twice in the last 3 years - as C2C members which makes it cheap for us.
