Also good news for someone who goes to Vegas for the Strip and not a nice destination RV park. It's 4 miles from the Oasis to the nearest mega resort Mandalay Bay with nothing in between. While it is 3 miles from Circus Circus to Mandalay Bay with a couple of dozen major resorts in between. There may be some cheap rooms on the Strip but add in an extra $15-$30 per night resort fee and the cost of a hotel breakfast and it almost pays for the RV site. I will take the convenience of my one bedroom condo on wheels over a hotel room or most suites I have stayed in anytime. Staying downtown is a non starter and the RV parks and casinos along Boulder Hwy are less than most tribal casinos in CA. For sports books and poker rooms there is nothing like the Strip.
