- Nutinelse2doExplorerVery cool. Looks like the spot we usually stay in now has an RV Chalet on it.
What a great place. Thanks for posting! - Doug33ExplorerGreat idea - but I've never seen a CG or RV park that has residential units like that mixed in with the rest of the RV sites. I'm not sure I'd like to park my TT next to what looks like a three story apartment building. It certainly would not improve my view of the beautiful natural area.
- Jack_Diane_FreeExplorerVery Cool. Looks like it would be fun also.
- 2012ColemanExplorer IIIMO, this provides a lot of reasons for not going there. So - yea, great idea.

Idea for new event in the mythical "Redneck Olympics"...Drone Skeet Shooting!:B - rexlionExplorerI'd be more excited to see a drone fly-through of Arches. Especially if it literally flew through an arch or two!

Yes, that would be cool, but the National Park Service has banned drones in lands administered by them. - tsetsafExplorer III

We stay at Portal once or twice a year, and we're always pleased with our stay. The wife found this cool video of the resort on their Facebook page this morning. This is a really great way to use a drone and GoPro. It would really be nice to see other RV resorts use drone flyovers like this on their web pages. Portal Flyover
There are a few of these around but I kind of don't see the point. To me a park should be viewed from my level... ie the ground. Satellite view, drone view, or aerial shot can give you a general layout but fail at providing first person perspective.
We just stayed somewhere that had a drone view video and it looked like a totally different place from the ground.
You might dig this site Video of every cg and rv park in moab No need to wait on drone view just whip out your smart phone shoot some video and send it to them; we do. - Doug33ExplorerI appreciate when CGs provide pics of each of the sites. The problem with mnay of the private CGs is they show very few pictures of sites, but lots of pics of facilities like the store, pool, and special events.
- buckyExplorer IIWhat the heck are those L shaped monstrosities? Rental cabins?
